my mission
My intention in creating this space is to share my work, resources, and reflections on my own journey, as well as the experiences of other women I’ve had the honor to work with. By sharing our stories, we can learn and grow together. I believe that women’s health has often been disregarded in society, leaving us disempowered and disconnected from our own bodies, our capacity to heal, and the potential to transform our relationship with ourselves.

my story
My journey to connect with my body began at an early age through yoga, which became my foundation. In my mid-twenties, I sought deeper healing for an autoimmune disease, menstrual imbalances caused by hormonal birth control, panic attacks, and gut inflammation through food and lifestyle changes. With dedication and patience, I was able to reverse all of these imbalances.
My path led me across different cultures, where I was exposed to a variety of training and certifications in countries like Colombia, Singapore, and the USA. However, it was in India, during intensive Yoga studies, that I encountered Ayurveda — a life philosophy that profoundly transformed my body, mind, and soul and became the foundation of my work.
This connection with Ayurveda helped me understand that, after years in hormonal therapy - during which time I did not have a period -, my body was imbalanced, and I had lost touch with my body and feminine side. Ayurveda guided me back to myself, offering a healing that traditional medicine had only attempted to address through medication.
Years later, I had a miscarriage. This, however, led me to the birthwork space and, combined with my prior counseling experience, the desire to go through a Holistic Birth Doula training to support women that are looking for holistic conception, birth, and postpartum care.
Nowadays I’m putting energy in creating and growing my business on the birth space and as Ayurvedic Counselor seeing women that are looking for guidance and support on their stages of life through lifestyle guidance.
Thank you for being here.
I’m a believer in the power of our bodies to heal physically and emotionally when we create space and are given the right tools. Every woman has the right to feel good on their own bodies.
With Love,
Giovana

I hope this is a space for women to feel supported, cared and nourished in different stages of life, so they experience more joy and contentment.
